Sleek and lightweight, the Samsung Galaxy Book 3 Pro ticks all of the boxes if you’re looking for a new laptop. The Book 3 Pro comes with a vibrant 3K AMOLED display and utilizes the 13th Gen Intel Core i7 processor to deliver consistently excellent performance regardless of the task. Dolby Atmos and AKG speakers provide great sound, and you get plenty of ports on the side of the laptop, including HDMI, two USB-C ports, a microSD slot, and even a USB-A port, which is a rarity these days.

Although all of this sounds great as it is, the specs become even more exciting when you consider the laptop’s impossibly thin and lightweight design. The 14-inch version of the Galaxy Book 3 Pro clocks in at just 11.3mm tall and weighs a mere 2.4 pounds, despite the fact that the laptop also boasts a durable, all-metal construction.

The 14-inch model typically retails for around $1,450, while the 16-inch starts at around $1,550. Neither option is exactly cheap — plus you don’t get a touchscreen — but if the Book 3 Pro works with your budget, these are minor strikes against a powerful laptop that should work for just about anyone.

Battery issues

If money isn’t an object, you can’t do much better than the Samsung Galaxy Book 3 Ultra. This new laptop from Samsung is the tech brand’s latest premium flagship, and it doesn’t disappoint when it comes to unique features and top-of-the-line performance. As we described at length in our Samsung Galaxy Book 3 Ultra review, the laptop brings together all of your Galaxy devices to form a cohesive ecosystem, but that barely scratches the surface of everything the Ultra can do.

The Galaxy Book 3 Ultra boasts a vibrant AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, plus you get a 1080p webcam with a two-mic system and AKG Quad speakers with Dolby Atmos. The 13th Gen Intel Core i7-13700H processor also provides enough lightning-fast performance to handle nearly any game or software with ease.

Not everything is rosy with the Galaxy Book 3 Ultra, however. With a starting price of around $2,399, the laptop may be out of reach for many people. We also had some issues with battery life, and there’s no touchscreen or S Pen support. Despite these faults, if you’re already a Samsung user and you want the most premium laptop that the brand has to offer, the Galaxy Book 3 Ultra is certainly worth checking out.

When you’re looking for the best Chromebooks in any category, it’s important to find laptops that have a nice value-to-performance ratio. In other words, Chromebooks don’t need to blow you away with premium performance, they just need to be reliable, versatile, and powerful enough to handle most of your daily tasks. Suffice to say, the Samsung Galaxy Chromebook 2 360 gets the job done with flying colors.

Like many of our favorite Chromebooks, the Galaxy Chromebook 2 360 features a lightweight, convertible design that allows you to transform the laptop into a tablet in an instant. This, of course, means that the Chromebook boasts a touchscreen. At 12.4 inches, the display is a bit on the smaller side, but it makes up for this with brilliant 2560 x 1600 resolution.

The Chromebook also has a durable alloy frame that can withstand the occasional tumble, plus you get up to 10 hours of battery life on a single charge. The Galaxy Chromebook 2 360 typically starts at around $449, and while it may not match the performance of other laptops on this list, it’s nevertheless a great option if you’re looking for the simple Chromebook experience.

Although it’s a few years old at this point, the Samsung Galaxy Book Go continues to be a solid option if you need an affordable laptop that you can count on. Typically retailing for less than $300, the Galaxy Book Go hits that delicate balance between budget-friendliness and quality specs. The laptop comes with the solid Qualcomm Snapdragon 7c processor built right in, making it fast and entirely fanless.

The ultra-thin Samsung laptop measures at just 14.9mm in height, plus you get a nice 14-inch HD display and a full-size keyboard. Dual Dolby Atmos speakers deliver surprisingly crisp and clear sound quality, plus you get all the ports you need, including two USB-C, one USB-A, a headphone jack, and a microSD slot.

At this price point, don’t expect to be blown away by the performance or battery life, but if you’re looking for a Samsung laptop that’s thin, cheap, and quiet, the Galaxy Book Go is tough to beat.

Yes, we are aware that this is a list of Samsung laptops, but pair a quality tablet like the Galaxy Tab S8 Plus with a keyboard case and you’ll be enjoying the best of both worlds. This device tops our list of the best Android tablets, and it isn’t hard to see why. The Tab S8 Plus uses a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset to deliver laptop-level performance, while 8GB of RAM and expandable storage support means this tablet could be your go-to device for years to come.

Thanks to its 12.4-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, the Tab S8 Plus is glorious to look at as well. You’ll also get excellent battery life — up to 12 hours on a single charge — and quad AKG speakers that could compete with any laptop on this list. Software support won’t be a problem as Samsung is guaranteeing four OS updates and security upgrades through 2027, while the durable aluminum frame ensures that the tablet can handle whatever life throws at it.

One problem with the Tab S8 Plus is that, with a retail price of around $900, the tablet is too pricey for many people. Not only that, but if you did have 900 bucks to spend and you were in the market for a Samsung laptop, we’d probably recommend going for the base model Galaxy Book 3 or an older model Galaxy Book instead.

Samsung may not have a lineup as robust as Dell or Lenovo, but deciding on the best Samsung laptop is still tough. When you take a look at something like the Galaxy Book 3 Pro or the Galaxy Book 3 Ultra, there’s really no wrong choice, as it just depends on your budget.

With the combination of the latest processors from Intel and an ultra-slim and sleek design, the Galaxy Book 3 Pro makes for an easy choice. If you have a smaller budget or you simply want something a little different, there are plenty of great Samsung Chromebooks and tablets to choose from. And of course, Samsung unveils new devices all of the time, so it’s always worth checking back later to see what’s new.

Samsung introduced a new line of Galaxy smartphones and laptops0001

Samsung has introduced a new line of smartphones Galaxy S23, the older model of which is equipped with a sensor with a resolution of 200 megapixels. This is the third smartphone in the world with a similar sensor. The vendor also showed foldable laptops

The South Korean company Samsung at the Galaxy Unpacked presentation introduced a new line of Galaxy S23 smartphones, as well as Galaxy Book 3 laptops. The S23+ has a 6.6-inch screen with almost the same specifications, while the older model, the S23 Ultra, has 6.8 inches and a resolution of 1440 pixels.

The Galaxy S23 has a 10-megapixel front camera and a triple rear camera: a 50-megapixel main camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide angle, and a 10-megapixel third.

The main innovation of this series is the 200-megapixel high-resolution sensor, which was received by the S23 Ultra. In February 2022, Samsung showed the previous Ultra model with a 108 megapixel sensor. The higher the resolution of these sensors, the more light they capture, which means the device captures brighter and more detailed images. Earlier, in early October last year, the Chinese Xiaomi also introduced a smartphone with a sensor in the main camera of 200 megapixels – Xiaomi 12T Pro. The world’s first smartphone with such a camera is Motorola’s Moto X30 Pro (owned by Chinese Lenovo), its presentation took place in August 2022.

The

S23 Ultra comes with a 5000 mAh battery. It comes with an S Pen stylus. The presentation featured excerpts from films shot by famous directors on Samsung S23 Ultra. Among them was an excerpt from the British film director Ridley Scott (the creator of the films Alien, Blade Runner, G.I. Jane, etc.).

All three new smartphones are powered by the same flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor from American Qualcomm. At the same time, in some countries, models will be available with a different chip – Exynos (developed by Samsung). The battery capacity of the younger model is 3900 mAh, the S23 + received a 4700 mAh battery and the S23 Ultra – 5000 mAh.

Smartphone pre-orders start on February 1st, sales will start on February 17th. Galaxy S23 starts at $799, Galaxy S23+ starts at $999 and Galaxy S23 Ultra starting at $1199.

The cost in Russia is still unknown, as well as the timing of the appearance of models on sale. After the outbreak of hostilities in Ukraine, Samsung suspended official deliveries of its products to Russia, but they continue to import them through parallel imports (that is, without the permission of the copyright holder).

The South Korean manufacturer also introduced a new line of laptops, which includes three models: Galaxy Book 3 Pro, Book 3 Pro 360 and Book 3 Ultra. The main feature is the ability to turn a laptop into a tablet and use the touch screen. Models support stylus from Samsung.

Samsung Galaxy Book 3 Ultra

The Book 3 Ultra is the “highest-end” model in the announced lineup, according to a company spokesperson. It is equipped with a 16-inch OLED display (contains LEDs that emit light when an electric current passes through them) with a resolution of 1800 pixels, an Intel i9 processor-13900H, discrete graphics processor American Nvidia RTX 4070 (such a video card from the company appeared only in 2023), 32 GB of RAM, 1 TB of storage. At the same time, the touch screen is thinner and lighter than usual thanks to touch sensors built directly into the panel.
