  We were so very happy with this product as it was such an answer to our prayers for our 7yr old that is struggling staying dry. We had it for a couple weeks and then one night he was in bed pushing buttons and the corner of the watch that holds the wristband in cracked off. We haven’t had it very long and now have to order another as this watch was prescribed to help his issue. Disappointed it didn’t say longer then a few weeks.

  The watch is great, my sons accidents have been decreased dramatically since he first got the watch (this is the 2nd time we’ve ordered it, the first one went through the washer). My son is 5 and wore it all the time, we did have to replace the battery once and the band broke (I’m not sure on the timeframe but I think he had it for about 4-5 months). The material could be just a bit sturdier. Other than that absolutely no complaints. My son is 5 and he has voiding dysfunction and this has helped him in retraining his bladder. We really love it. He feels much more confident now.

  My son loves this watch!!! Easy to program and super durable for a rough 6 year old. Love that we can adjust the time increments to his specific needs. He actually looks forward to it buzzing and has been helpful with his time reading skills. We have it set for even hours from 8am to 10pm and he’s been great at anticipating when it’s going to go off. Would definitely recommend to anyone with young kids who have a hard time making it to the bathroom in time. Takes away from mom/dad being the bad guy and constantly reminding them to use the bathroom.

Check if your watch or bracelet is receiving notifications of new messages and incoming calls. If not, resolve this issue by following the instructions in the article “[HUAWEI] I’m not receiving notifications on my watch or bracelet.”

When a new message arrives, the bracelet or watch vibrates or beeps, but the screen does not turn on automatically. Therefore, it is recommended that you raise your wrist or press the button to turn on the screen and view the message.

The possible causes are listed below:

1. The function to send notifications without sound when using the phone is turned on. In this case, open the Huawei Health app, tap the Devices option, open the device information screen, tap the Notifications option, and turn off the silent notifications when using the phone.

2. Do not disturb or Do not disturb mode is enabled (the name of the function may differ depending on the software version). You can swipe down on the watch screen to turn off this mode.

3. The bracelet or watch detects that you are sleeping or that the device is in Sleep mode.
4. The bracelet or watch is charging.
5. On a bracelet or watch, the Pressure force setting is set to No. You can adjust vibration settings by going to Settings > Velocity.

   HUAWEI WATCH 3 series does not support vibration adjustment.

6. When HUAWEI WATCH GT 2 or HONOR MagicWatch 2 detects that it is not being worn, it will receive incoming calls or messages normally, but will not display notifications. Make sure you put on your watch correctly.
7. When the option is enabled on the watch Show notifications only when the device is worn , the device will not send notifications if it is not worn. To disable this feature, go to Settings > Advanced. options > Show notifications only when the device is worn on the watch (if supported).

If the problem persists, you can check if the Alarm Clock and Move Notifications functions work correctly.

1. If the bracelet or watch vibrates or the screen turns on when you use these features, contact the Huawei Support Hotline.
2. If the bracelet or watch does not vibrate or the screen does not turn on when you use these features, the vibration motor or wearable device detection sensor may be defective. As a result, the bracelet or watch does not vibrate or the screen does not turn on when you receive messages or incoming calls. In this case, contact a Huawei Authorized Service Center.
