Your order can take up to 24 hours to be processed and ships within one business day from confirmation. We ship Samsung products that are eligible for Standard Ground Shipping to all 50 states of the United States. Samsung products that require Standard Freight Delivery are eligible for shipment to the 48 contiguous states of the United States.
Please note that delivery for televisions larger than 55” require an appointment with our freight carrier. The delivery date will vary depending on the schedule of the carrier and the individual receiving the order.
Restrictions: We do not currently ship to Postal Box or Freight Forwarding addresses.
Orders may be placed from outside the United States for shipment to addresses within the 48 or 50 U.S. States (dependent on the product or products being ordered).
Home Appliance Delivery
While purchasing your large home appliance (refrigerator, range, over range microwave, dishwasher, washer, or dryer) you will be shown the earliest available delivery date.
You can schedule your delivery in as little as 3 days depending on your location. For complex installation services such as gas range installation, delivery windows may be further out.
Please be sure to measure and confirm product dimensions will fit in your entrance to your home or location as well as the space you plan to put them inside your home. You will be called 24 hours in advance to confirm your delivery appointment window, please be sure to be available on the day of delivery.

TV models larger than 65″
TV’s that are 65” and larger require a scheduled delivery appointment window and will be delivered to your door. For in stock items, you will be able to schedule delivery after you checkout on the thank you page.
Please be sure to schedule your delivery and be available during the delivery window you select. You will be notified 24 hours in advance as well as 30 minutes prior to the delivery.
TV Delivery is a “threshold delivery” service that will bring the TV to your door and ask you to sign for it. For an additional $50, you can also select White Glove service during checkout. This service will remove the TV from its packaging, install the table top stand, plug the TV in, and remove the packaging. Please note this does not include wall mounting or plugging in any peripheral devices such as your cable box
Samsung Experience Store Pickup
Free, in-store pick up is available at Samsung Experience Stores. When the order is ready, we’ll notify you and hold it at the store you allocated during checkout for 5 calendar days.
To collect your order in-store, you or the designated pickup individual will need to present the order number along with a valid government-issued photo ID.
Typical processing time is around 3-4 hours from order confirmation. Regular orders placed before 1pm EST will be available for pickup the same day before store closing. Regular orders placed after 1pm EST and orders with carrier financing will be available for pickup next-day. Please note that orders not picked up within 5 days will be cancelled.

Home Delivery
We offer White Glove Delivery to your room of choice, unpacking, assembly or basic installation, trash removal and more. For appliances, new accessories must be purchased to complete installation. For complex installations – such as dishwashers and built-in ranges – a separate appointment will need to be scheduled and an additional fee will be charged.
Home delivery requires scheduled appointments for the following categories: major appliances, electronics, fitness equipment, furniture, and mattresses.
- On average, orders can be delivered within 1-3 days to customers in our local markets (AL, AZ, CO, FL, GA, LA, MS, NV, NM, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, and VA). Delivery is offered seven days a week in most markets.
- Delivery days and times are dependent on the customer’s delivery address and can be delayed depending on payment type and the time the order is placed.
Financed orders often require additional time for documentation submission and signing.
- Standard delivery charges apply. Charges are as follows and subject to change:

- Surcharges are based on mileage from the fulfillment point (Conn’s HomePlus delivery location) and calculated using the following mileage bands based on the fulfillment point. Mileage is calculated using the center of the customer’s delivery address and fulfillment zip codes:
- 0-75 miles: No surcharge
- 76+ miles: $49.99
- Appliance accessories must be purchased separately to complete installation.
- Removal of a customer’s old item requires a $39.99 haul away fee per item. This is a one-for-one service for appliances, electronics, and mattresses (furniture and riding mowers are not eligible for haul away).
- Installation and assembly are available and included on select items. View your cart for item-specific details.
- You will automatically be scheduled for the first delivery date available and receive an email notification, call, and/or text with the expected delivery date within a few business hours. If you wish to select a later date, simply call us at 1-844-894-0717, or visit your local Conn’s HomePlus store for additional information and assistance.
- We want your equipment working when we leave! For gas mowers, you are responsible for understanding and following equipment safety protocols, adding oil (provided by Toro), and using fresh gasoline before operating.

Sorry, but we cannot deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Must be at least 18 years to accept delivery (19 years in Alabama).
Next Day Delivery Offer
Subject to availability, qualifying purchases, and select days. Next Day Delivery is limited to delivery within qualifying zip codes and will be noted in the product description. Next Day Delivery is not always available for online orders. Qualifying purchases made after 5:00 PM will not be guaranteed Next Day Delivery. Parcel Shipping via FedEx
Parcel shipping costs are calculated based on the location, weight of the product, and the shipping speed selected. Some items may not be delivered via shipping methods due to their size and weight which includes major appliances, electronics, fitness equipment, furniture, and mattresses.

Product Availability
All products shown on Conn’s website are subject to availability. While we plan for sufficient quantities, extraordinary demand may limit our ability to fill your order. Store or Warehouse Pickup
If its more convenient to pick up your item at a store, you can do that. In store locations where Store Pickup is available, you can buy items online and pick them up in a store and avoid shipping and delivery charges. Not all items are available for pick up at a store location (excludes furniture, mattresses, major appliances). If you pick up an order at a warehouse, most items are available including furniture, mattresses, and major appliances.
- Place your order and wait to receive a “Ready for Pick Up” email which is separate from your order confirmation
- Bring your ID, copy of your Ready for Pick Up” email to the store
- We’ll hold your item for 2 days, if you don’t make it in by then we’ll cancel the order and refund your method of payment
- You can pick up your order or choose someone else to pick it up, that must be communicated before arrival in store and you must provide your order number

Question: Do you inspect the product before it arrives at my home?
Answer: Yes. We open and inspect product before it is loaded on the home delivery truck. That means select items will arrive to your home with blankets wrapped around the item, not the original vendor packaging.
Question: Can I ship my order to an address other than my billing address?
Answer: Yes. We can ship your order to an alternate address that is on file with Conn’s HomePlus. If the ship-to address is not on file with Conn’s HomePlus, please contact Conn’s HomePlus and have the additional address added. Please allow up to 24 hours to verify the address with Conn’s HomePlus.
Question: Can I select my own delivery time frame?
Answer: Although time frames cannot be selected, they are provided the evening before delivery. You will receive a phone call or text confirming you can still receive the delivery the following day.
Question: How do I change my delivery time?
Answer: If you need to change the Conn’s delivery time, please call our Delivery Call Center at (844) 894-0717 to reschedule for a different day.
Question: Will I get a call before the team shows up?
Answer: You will receive an automated message providing an estimated time of arrival, or ETA once our team is in transit to your home.
Question: Do I need to be there for the delivery or can someone else accept it for me?

The refrigerator can be transported standing or on its side. It all depends on the specific model and manufacturer, so it is important to read the instructions before loading.
But there are a few rules that apply to any refrigerator:
