“Hp worst printer ink”
I have used HP printers for over 20 years. Your ink has gone so far down and quality. I bought color and black for 6:40 XL 7200 printer. After I put the color in I found that the package said it was outdated.
I printed one page and it’s now dead no color.
I have bought three packages each of color and black in order to run the sprinter that I bought last September. Quality of your ink is totally unacceptable. Will not ever buy another HP product.

“Hp products are worse than dial up”
Hp products are horrible the computers take forever to load even on a fast network where other computers can load no problem. Any time I use an hp printer the paper comes out with random lines that make the paper look very messy. The products aren’t cheap and the quality of the products are very low. A dial up network works even better than these products

Great until….they mailed me the wrong ink product.then they want me to print a return label on a printer that needs the black ink I ordered and never received…then wait until they get the wrong ink returned to them BEFORE they ship the black ink I needed and ordered online….HMMMM.And they want me chase down a FedEx store and NOT use a drop box.and I am ordering online because I am elderly and wanted a home delivered product! Walmart is where I go from now on…

“Completely Unhelpful”
I got a 1 year warranty on a laptop, in case of it suddenly breaking. It did in fact suddenly break, but the support person insisted I was at fault despite it not being caused by me in any capacity. Now I’m stuck paying 300 dollars for a screen replacement because HP is terrible at manufacturing computers and customer service.
They also wouldn’t let me review the support person on their site.

“Worst service I have ever encountered”
My teenage daughter purchased a laptop directly from HP as they offer a student discount, we live in Melbourne Australia. After paying $1000 after the discount she was delivered a laptop that does not work. After speaking to their tech department twice without resolution I had to step in. They refused to replace the laptop and organised for a courier to pick it up to be serviced. Only when the labels arrived did we find that it was being taken to Singapore, nowhere in Australia. Who knows how long it will be till it’s returned and she needs it for uni.
It took long phone calls and threats just to get any sort of service or assistance form this company which I think may be located in India.
Don’t rely on just their name and assume you are safe in buying something from them as they are such a big company. I have never been so angry trying to deal with a company before.
Students beware, I know they are advertising with unidays and some other big names. If something is wrong help it is very difficult. Go to a store and consider a different brand.

“Never again”
Laptop was good right up to the point when it became useless because the charging port is defective. This is a big issue and there are multiple complaints online. Plug in to charge and it starts smoking. All your data on your hard drive is there, but you can’t access it because you can’t charge the battery, and, of course, it’s out of warranty. I’ll never buy another HP product. Stand behind your products; don’t hide behind your warranty.

“HP-Terrible Customer Service”
Had an issue printing Avery labels so called HP technical support for help with my printer settings. When I called it took 26 minutes to get through to a live person and they told me that my printer was out of warranty and therefore I had to pay $19.99 for telephone technical support. I find this to be outrageous. How can a company charge to to help a customer with technical support over the phone. I spoke to Jencelle, Emanuel and Caleb-all terrible.

“BS Mission Statement”
HPs mission statement “We are a technology company born of the belief that companies should do more than just make a profit” is a crock of BS.
Just converted from MAC to Windows and called in to have a very simple question answered that I wasn’t able to find online. After waiting for 15 minutes the rep tells me that they’ll need to charge me a fee to answer a simple question on the admin desktop. At least Apple stands by their product. Never got charged a fee when I needed a question answered or assistance from them.
HP Customer Support–don’t reply with some phony, disingenuous statement that only serves as optics for your brand. That’s not what those of us who handed our money over you are wanting. Do better.

“Telemarketer and scam from Hewlett-Packard after calling customer support”
These printers and people are all Chinese. I started receiving multiple telemarketing calls emails and scam emails after using them and calling Thier customer support line I know it’s them because my real information anywhere else.
I had to give them my real information because the printer was so problematic and they want to send emails and will get your information out especially when you have to sit on the phone with them everyday.stay away unless you like spam!

“HP terrible”
I purchased a 9025e printer that cannot be used because of this and customer support doesn’t know how to resolve it either
This is frustrating, I have wasted a day trying everything,
I have found these complaints on various internet pages going back to 2020, I truly believe that HP is going to loose a lot of customers because of this issue, I’m one of them
When I buy a car it’s mine to use, I simply put gas in it maintain it and I don’t have to inform the dealer. Maybe HP should stop up selling and let the customers enjoy the products that they ( the customer) purchased with their own money

“Worst products ever!”
I spent a thousand dollars on a desk top computer and printer. The printer never printed without issues. When I had to print I would always spend 2 hours or more on the phone with a tech. Sometimes it still didn’t work after 3 hours. I threw it in the trash after 2 years and feel liberated. I would NEVER recommend an HP Product to anyone. I can’t replace the time and money I wasted.

“Time consuming and ultimate failure”
After spending so much time waiting for support on my telephone, I was finally connected, only to be disconnected 45 min.
Later with no call back.
The next day I started over, this time with the chat feature. The helping person was extraordinarily slow asking questions that had already been established i.e. Serial number, mac or pc, phone number etc.
After we finally got to the heart of the matter -getting OCR feature to work – she said “you don’t have that feature”–yes I do! I asked to speak to her supervisor. She said they would call me back. I waited all day and never received a call back.

“Warranty not worth the paper it’s written on.”
Purchased my HP Envy direct from HP in Dec 2021 as I thought I would get the best value and aftercare, but little did I know the warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. I have been quoted £267.15 (Was £307.25 but sales agent magically can reduce the fee) but I am unable to speak with a technician for clarification as to know why a fault arises, simply that if I pay then the problem won’t occur again.
Around one year after the laptop the hinge worked loose, and they are stating it as “Pure Misuse – Quotation Provided by Service Center” and told the technician isn’t available, you missed their call etc. etc etc. which is fabricated.
I reluctantly will have to pay this extortionate fee to have my laptop returned but will take it as valuable experience, to buy through a retail outlet. I.e John Lewis, Argos, where I will have backup.
Overall very disappointed with the service and now with the product.

“Worst customer service in Italy”
Don’t buy HP laptop or PC in Italy. They do not have any physical customer care center, or, any repair center in Italy. They have a lot of manufacturer problems in their products and if anything happens, HP will charge you expensive and you cannot afford the cost.
HP is just a robber and stealing money from common peoples pocket.

“Printer ink for Hp office jet 8025”
I bought an Hp office jet printer at the end of August.
When I needed replacement ink I was told it had been recalled. Week after week it was due in but it never arrived. I spoke to many customers service folks and no one in the company seemed to care that I was having difficulty running my business printing. I will look to other companies in future for my office equipment. If the company is so indifferent about their customers they don’t deserve my business.

“Instant Ink Support”
My HP Officejet Pro 9018 All-in-One Printer could not scan or print any documents.
I called HP customer services for solution. Talked to 3 individual persons including 1 in the Instant Ink Section at the very beginning.
Finally I was switched back to Kyle, a Instant Ink Support Specialist. She listened to my concern and walked me through the recovery process. She is so knowledgeable about her company products. Me and my wife was so happy that our printer works once again. Thank you so much Kyle.

This is my 2nd HP 17″ laptop, the first one was purchased for a little over 600 dollars and after about two years the hinge screw keepers pulled out of the cheap plastic and caused the back of the laptop to break where the charge port is attached and on the other side where the cd-rom drive is attached.
I ended up taking it apart and putting stove bolts through the corners and that worked great. Eventually i needed a larger computer and like the many others on here i thought the first one broke because of something i did, so i purchased a more expensive one for over 1100 dollars this time (higher price = better quality) WRONG unfortunately the same exact thing happened after only 18 mos. Needless to say i will never buy a hp again nor will any of my family members.

I won’t even give 1 star, as it took FOREVER just to get to the “proper” agent for help, then that agent said it would cost me a “diagnostic fee” to get help. What a scam!

“You used to be able to print as long as one inch cartridge was full no longer true”
HP have fell off completely, I used to purchase the instant ink for several years. I noticed it was watered down but I decided to continue it for a wdial, a lone while.I begin to purchase ink now. I just realized today. That i’m unable to print and black because my color cartridge is empty. In the beginning you could print even though your colored cartridge was empty. With today’s inflation. We don’t need all that extra trying to force us to purchase ink we may not need. So I am going to get back on the instant ink program. But i’m only going to get on the one that you paid four dollars a month for and only pay ten cent per print and they still will send you ink Not satisfied at all, So when this printer break? And most HP printers malfunction in one year. I’m going to buy a cannon printer, Because they’ve always required all in Cartridge to be installed.
If I must have ink and a printer I might as well go with the best.

“Hp store”
HP customer service is a disaster. I had to write the President and CEO of HP Inc. They are refusing to process my refund. You cannot get them on the phone, they don’t respond to a email and if they do it’s a generic email saying how sorry they are but require more info, I did FIVE times. Guess we should expect this for a company that sold their controlling interest to the Chinese. UPDATE 6/23. Email received from corporate advising me I would be contacted. That was 3 days ago.
UPDATE: ZZZzzzz sorry I must have fallen asleep after June 2020 and all of 2021 waiting for a response from HP. We are now in 2022…. I think I can put this to rest now.

“Please don’t trust HP”
I had a defective printer. I called HP and I ended up with a nice plan to buy a new one. They don’t inform you that you have to enroll, so that’s the trick. Now yesterday was my last day to enroll and I forgot to call last night, I was still trying to figure out what would work better than this one. Now, even tough I don’t like the new printer I have to keep it in order to avoid to pay $270… What? No thank you, never again HP. I forgot to check the reviews before I called them. Terrible mistake.

“Instead of fixing my broken screen they send me my whole computer broken and damaged.”
After calling costumer service on March and agreed to fix my half broken screen of totally working computer (Hp Curved All In One Envy about $3000) and pay from my pocket in 10 days.
They send me unprofessional shipping equipments and I sent it.
They kept delaying to send it back.
After a month they send it unrepaired and more damaged broken stand and not even working computer.
Before sent it I use to used it by adding an extra monitor.
Not any more
I called back
Costumer services and waiting hours they kept transferring me from department to another and they kept taking notes and every department ask me they same question without bothering themselves to even to check the previous notes and without solving the problem.
So I lost the computer and I delayed all my computer works and wasted my time with no results.
The last answer was they will call me back.
They didn’t.
They deserve -10 stars

“Incompetent reps, no accountability, inferior products”
Dealing with HP Customer Service reps is a NIGHTMARE! The newer reps have no clue how to help customers.
One female rep didn’t even know how to send me a text! They sent me 2 incorrect flash drives over a period of three weeks and I had to spend hours on the phone with no resolution. Then my case went to escalation department where the incompetence continued. The reps there did not even know what kind of computer I had. They did not get back to me in a timely fashion and they were generally clueless. They finally fixed the computer I sent them, but it got stolen in shipping. Now I am getting the runaround with the replacement! This has been going on since Feburary 1st and I still don’t have a working computer!

“Printer rip off”
I had no idea about this until they ripped me off. They send these updates and in the updates they make it so that your Hp printer will not accept any other print cartridges then theirs with no way to reverse it.
Then they charge an arm and a leg for their cartridges when they are the exact thing as the others. I’ll never buy another HP printer. I’ll go back to Cannon or Epsom.

Obviously: what is beneficial to one side means failure for the opponent. And in order for the client to unwittingly agree to lose this duel, a little trick is required.
In a branded showroom, a customer looks in disbelief from one HP printer to another, trying to figure out which one to choose.
It would seem that they all cost a little … And, ultimately satisfied with the purchase, he does not suspect that he has fallen for the bait. After all, the next replacement of HP cartridges will show that the pair costs as much as the device itself. And there is really nothing to replace them with, only originals are suitable for the printer.
Three in One vs. Three Units
Both for work and for home, HP multifunctional devices are so often taken that the idea of \u200b\u200bpurchasing a printer “without the bells and whistles” involuntarily seems unsuccessful.

G. If you need to print in different directions and in large volumes, it is best to purchase a photo printer on which you could put the CISS.

Advantages of HP LJ 1500, LJ 2500, LJ 2550 Color Laser Printers. low-cost color laser printers. They take up a minimum amount of space on the table, which is very important in a situation of constant growth in prices for square meters. The cost of this technique is very attractive from $550 to $850. This fact turns the head of many buyers, which is why they, like moths, fly to the light of a freebie. Further, Hewlett Packard has provided the most minimum consumable kit – six total, including fuser assembly.
Consumables in hp 1500 and hp 2500 printers are the same, in hp 2550 they are different. Printer Calibration
At the beginning of the start-up, a calibration cycle occurs. The printer is calibrated whenever the power is turned on, when a new toner or drum cartridge is installed, at certain page intervals, and based on the total number of pages printed.
