IPR documents

When making a purchase in the RehabGoods online store, at the stage of filling in the delivery address, you will be asked to check the box that you need documents for the purchase of IPR. By filling in a few short fields, our order processing specialist will know which set of documents to send you.
Upon receipt of the technical means of rehabilitation, you will receive a complete set of documents required for compensation.

And the most important thing to remember….

There are things that a special child cannot do without. There are those who simply improve the quality of his life. In the language of doctors and lawyers, these items are called “technical means of rehabilitation.” The state guarantees the free provision of many of them. However, in order to get the device you need quickly and without problems, you must follow certain “rules of the game.”

You have the right to independently buy a technical rehabilitation device for a disabled child, and then receive compensation from the state. Lawyers recommend that you first request in writing the amount of compensation for a particular type of TSR. This size is determined by the last purchase. That is, they will give you exactly as much money as the state spent on a similar product when it purchased it for the last time.

If, after receiving a response, the family decides to buy TSR on their own, it is important to ensure that the purchase documents are properly executed. It should be clear from them which TCP was purchased.

Then the family applies to the authorized body with an application for compensation for the money spent, with purchase documents attached.
