Remote Camera and Selfie Monitor via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on the App Store
Description
With the application “Remote Camera via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth” you have a unique opportunity to shoot at a distance on the iPhone\iPad which act as a “CAMERA” and SUBMIT commands to shoot and view received photos on iPhone\iPad which act as a “REMOTE”, within your Wi-Fi network or Bluetooth range (1-200 m).
To do that, you need to install the application on two or more devices simultaneously.
Any device can act as a “CAMERA” or a “REMOTE”.
The application “Remote Camera via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth” gives you a unique opportunity to shoot on your own and remotely.
All you should do is to fix iPhone\iPad at some desired location. It means that now there is no need to use different timers or ask strangers to help in shooting.
To connect devices you can use:
– Internal Wi-Fi network connection
– Connection via Bluetooth
– Connection Wi-Fi Hotspot, which is activated on the device that acts as a “CAMERA”. This mode is used when there is no network with Wi-Fi.
After connecting you can change shooting modes of a “CAMERA”:
– Enable or disable flash
– Select the front or rear camera
– Change the quality of photo
How the application works:
– Launch the application on the first device and select “CAMERA”. The mode “Camera\Remote” is displayed in the top status bar of the application
– Launch the application on the other device and select “REMOTE”
– After switching from the “CAMERA” to “REMOTE”, there appears the menu that allows to select available devices. The switching mode is performed by paging the screen to the right or left.

– Select the type of a camera and the flash mode
– Press “RECORD”. As soon as the “CAMERA” shoots, there will start transferring photos to the “REMOTE”

The images in original quality are always located on the device that acts as a “CAMERA”.

camera connect on the App Store
Description
Remote Shutter is an application that requires two devices. It works on both macOS and iOS.
With Remote Shutter one of your devices is the camera remote or camera monitor, and the other device would be set up wherever you would like to take a picture as the camera. Using the connected phone you can take pictures from up to 50 feet away.
Remote Shutter makes it easy to take pictures of things at weird angles and that would put you in an uncomfortable position. Take Remote Shutter for a spin for free!
Features:
– Take pictures from up to 50ft away
– Toggle the camera orientation
– Use the camera flash
– Adjustable camera timer
HOW TO USE
When you first open the app the phone will start searching for devices to connect with. The camera connects with a P2P connection to the other device. Once the devices are connected you will have to choose which device is the camera and which phone is the remote.
1. Connect your devices
2. Choose which role the device has (camera or remote)
3. Set up & take pictures!
Version 3.5
Added switch in settings screen to disable sending video/pictures to the remote.

No zoom or tap focus?
Interesting app that works well. I just wish there was a way to zoom and pick focus points. Maybe a future update???
Shady permissions requirement
Why is this app requiring me to allow access to part or all of my existing photo library in addition to the microphone and camera on BOTH devices, despite the fact that other apps have an option in the same menu to add photos only? If this is exclusively for the purpose of adding photos to your library as the permissions prompt implies, why is the app forcing users to consent to allow more access than that, when other apps apparently have the option to request that specifically? Not to mention, only paid users can even record video, so it’s suspicious that you’re requiring microphone access for your free users.
No thanks.
Connectivity issues at the wrong time!!!!
I normally love this app and the functionality it gives me as a one man photog show. Unfortunately, it completely zoinked out on the red carpet last weekend and I ended up taking selfies instead of the action shots I had planned.
I tried for about 30 minutes before the carpet opened but to no avail. There I was with o connectivity and no shots…I don’t know what happened nor do I know of any workarounds should it happen again.
I guess this is the part where I wait to hear from the developers…

Remote Camera via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth
Description
With the app “Remote Camera via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth” you have the UNIQUE ability to shoot from a distance on the iPhone\iPad, which acts as a “Remote Camera” and SEND control commands to shoot and VIEW the received photos on the iPhone\iPad , which acts as a “Control Panel” in the range of your Wi-Fi network or Bluetooth.
To do this, you need to install the application on two or more devices at the same time.
Any device can act as a “Remote Camera” or “Control Panel”.
The “Remote Camera via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth” application gives you a UNIQUE ability to take pictures remotely and independently.
All you need is to fix iPhone\iPad in the chosen place.
Now you don’t have to use various timers or ask strangers to take pictures.
To connect devices you can use:
– Internal Wi-Fi connection
– Bluetooth connection
– Wi-Fi Hotspot connection, which is activated on the device acting as a “Remote Camera”. This mode is used when there is no Wi-Fi network.
After the devices have established a connection, you can change the shooting modes of the “Remote Camera”:
– Turn the flash on or off
– Select the front or rear camera
– Change image quality
How the application works:
– Launch the application on the first device and select the mode – CAMERA. The operating mode of the application “Camera \ Remote” is displayed in the top status line of the application.
– Launch the application on the second device and select the mode – REMOTE
– When switching from the “Remote Camera” mode to the “Remote Control” mode, a menu for selecting available devices will appear. Switching the mode is done by scrolling the screen to the right or left.
– After a connection is established, the indicator will change color from red to blue, signaling an established connection. By default, the network that has the higher data rate is used. If you need to use the Bluetooth connection on your devices, you need to turn off the Wi-Fi mode.
– Select the type of camera you are using and the flash mode
– Press the “CAPTURE” button. After the “Remote Camera” takes a photo, the transfer of the photo to the “Remote Control” will begin.
ATTENTION!
In order to significantly reduce the time of image transmission from the “Remote Camera” to the “Control Panel”, the image is compressed.
This makes it much faster to view received photos on the “Remote Control” when using a Bluetooth connection.
Images in original quality are always located on the device acting as “Remote Camera”.
