Working well, except its 60 outside, and 80 inside at night. Looking for the Vent and trying all the positions. Even setting to fan mode. Seems like its not pulling air In, the Temp on it says its 75. Would like to know the path for the vent to check it.

No Cooling. Only a fan.
I wanted to buy local so I bought this unit from the True Value store near my home. They have always provided great service. I installed the unit. Turned it on. Waited and waited for the compressor to kick in. 12 hours later ( overnight ) the temperature in my apartment had only risen. No cool air! It will be returned.

Excellent cooling capability
I purchased this during the hottest part of summer our old 5,000btu window unit was failing and figured it was time to upgrade. And boy did I ever. This thing is loud as thunder but it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. This thing cools some air! Who cares that it isn’t silenced. You can turn the fan speed down and it quiets down a lot but if you’re like me I want it all cold so I leave her on full blast, it’s no worse than a furnace running or a dryer. Excellent 100% recommend, you can spend 2-300$ on a little 5,000 or pony up and get this guy. It’s not much bigger and plugs right into a normal 120 outlet. If you’re looking for cold air, do it, you won’t regret it.

The A/C unit is dependable; however it is very loud and never shuts off. If you like white noise, this is fine. If you don’t, it can take adjustment.
